Approximately 100 members regularly attend the MidAIR Annual Conference
This is a well established annual conference with members from Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. Our membership represents all levels of higher education: 2-year and 4-year; public and private; colleges, universities, and state agencies.
Promote Your Products and Services to Conference Attendees!
We are pleased to provide a number of flexible opportunities to contribute to the success of the conference while showcasing your products and services. Sponsor setup usually takes place at any time on Wednesday of the conference; teardown is by noon on the concluding day of the conference, usually Friday. Pre-conference workshops are all day Wednesday; Concurrent sessions are all day Thursday and until noon on Friday.
